In our continuing effort to provide exceptional customer service, 3D is very proud to announce that Joyce Pontius, a 25-year veteran of the incentive travel industry has joined our team as Manager, Account Operations. In her new role, Joyce will assume responsibility from Caryn Jenkins for the day to day management of all program operations, interfacing with our customers and cruise partners to ensure all is handled promptly, efficiently and in keeping with 3D’s reputation for exceptional service.


Joyce started her career in 1981 as a Travel Director for S&H Motivation. She operated incentive programs, meetings and conferences in over 44 countries. She took on various roles for the company culminating in her appointment to Assistant Vice President, On-site Operations. In her over 25 years in the hospitality business, she was Director of Meetings and Conventions for the Longaberger company, Director of Sales and Marketing US for Allied Europe and Director of Meetings and Incentives for The Pampered Chef, just to name a few.


3D’s commitment to our customers is further enhanced by the new role being assumed by Caryn Jenkins.
As Director of 3D, Caryn will be managing and supporting all sales efforts together with Karen Devine, ensuring our customers receive detailed, prompt response to all inquiries. As an additional level of support, Caryn will be further assisted by Brooke Anderson (who will also continue to manage our VIP/Leisure Travel Department), thus providing a three-tiered supporting response for our customers.
